With the continuous development of China's market economy , the destructive power of commercial bribery in the economic field have become increasingly prominent , as one of the major ills that hinder the development of the market economy , it is first impact on the market order of fair competition , and then by trading power for money based on the breeding of many corruption , serious damage to the image of the government , reducing the masses of trust in government , and the heavy financial burden is passed on to the consumer , it undermines the domestic investment environment , tarnished our international reputation , a good international image of our country greatly reduced . Commercial bribery in the birth of many factors , international business \Compared with foreign advanced anti-commercial bribery legislation in the fight against commercial bribery in China there are many omissions can not be avoided , a direct impact on China 's ban on commercial bribery legalization process in China and also a major obstacle in the process of improving the economic law system . This paper will analyze the basic concepts of commercial bribery and its components begin comparative analysis of the characteristics of China's commercial bribery ; contrast learn from foreign advanced legal concepts in prohibiting commercial bribery , and then find out the existing problems of China 's commercial bribery in the legal regulation put forward some suggestions for improvement of the legal regulation of commercial bribery . Commercial bribery serious threat posed by China's market economy to the point where you can not be overlooked , commercial bribery must be included in the more stringent legal norms road . Start from the point of view of economic law , to perfect the ban on commercial bribery law , to further clarify the definition of commercial bribery , clear practice on commercial bribery \the legal protection of the people , increase economic punishment of commercial bribery , expand the qualifications penalty coverage . Through this series of measures to promote the legalization process of the anti-commercial bribery in China , to further improve and perfect the system of economic law in China .
