Abstract

University to security administration has become the education management work of education workers are faced with the problem to be solved urgently are together. How to make higher education colleges and universities have more autonomy, thorough implementation of "administrative power" in the service of "academic power", so as to promote the sustainable development of colleges itself.Reasonable construction of the modern university system, to security administration is the higher education system reform of colleges and universities began the first step. Colleges and universities to the implementation of the "go to town" in the process, should be down-to-earth, step by step. Scientific prediction reform, strengthen the reform of the preparatory work. Try to plan as a whole nation’s overall development, and promote the smooth implementation of the reform. Reasonable planning the stages of reform, the steady advance in different stages of the implementation. To ensure the implementation of the reform, to carry out part of the pilot trial and error.
