Abstract

In China, rural cooperatives in the rural cooperative financial organization one of the main forms of. In this thesis, Explore the development of a half century of Huidong County Rural Credit Cooperative efforts and the current development of rural credit cooperatives, while the existing contradictions raised against the status quo of the rural credit cooperatives reform is the trend, and gave a confirmatory analysis, and then to solve the Huidong County, the development of the contradictions of rural credit cooperatives to provide effective solutions, and to analyze the risk exists in rural areas of Huidong County after system of credit cooperatives and preventive measures, after repeated demonstration, Proof of the transition to the rural commercial banks are Huidong County, rural credit cooperatives in the new era of the inevitable choice context.The reform of rural credit cooperatives in Huidong county is a system engineering,need to constantly adjust and perfect, the need to constantly explore. In the firstintroduction as the breakthrough point of this thesis, the introduction is the main content of the three part, the background, purpose and significance. In addition,after the famous scholars home and abroad to understand understanding and recognition of the status of rural credit cooperatives, mainly as a fundamental problem of rural credit cooperatives is the system of property rights. Then, is theliterature review of relevant study on Huidong County Rural Credit cooperatives.These studies focused mainly on two issues:one is about the China’s rural financial system to adapt to the direction of the debate--cooperative system orcommercial; two is the Theoretic Debates about the nature of our rural creditcooperative system.The second part mainly studies the basic situation of rural credit cooperative of Huidong, mainly include the basic situation of the rural economic development of Huidong county and Huidong County Credit Union, starting with the study of the internal and external environment, to pave the way for the following discussion.The third part is the core part of this paper, through the detailed discussion and powerful data support, the establishment of Huidong rural commercial bank, the necessity and the feasibility, market prospects and business development plan for scientific analysis, draw the conclusion:Huidong County, the geographical superiority, frontier of economic development in most parts of China, the rural cooperative finance is the natural soil the development of the organization, to reform the principles and norms of share-holding system of rural credit cooperatives, should become the basic orientation of the reform of rural credit cooperative of Huidong county. At the same time, the risk after the restructuring of the Agricultural Bank of disclosure, and proposes preventive measures.The fourth part is the study of credit cooperatives reform needs the support of national policy, the state promulgated a series of policies and measures and the local government as in the past financial support and policy support to. Rural credit cooperative of Huidong staff need to fully open the business ideas, broaden the way, get rid of the old ideas, old ideas, strengthen with the new system, the new business philosophy will be developed after the restructuring of the rural commercial bank.According to the principle of integrating theory with practice, through the Huidong County Rural Credit Cooperatives, rural finance related report related books, newspapers, magazines, statistical yearbook, programmatic document collection of relevant experts and the competent department and the province at all levels of government are respectively introduced policies to support, summed up the Huidong County Rural Credit cooperatives reform feasibility and the necessity of rural commercial bank.
