Abstract


Higher vocational education and local economy development between the interaction and the adj relation that restricts each other. On one hand, local economic development for higher vocational education development provides corporeal basis, it determines the scale and speed of higher vocational education, the higher vocational education institutions and decision system. On the other hand, the higher vocational education for the local economic development to provide intelligence and technical support, promoting the industrial structure optimization, stimulating local economic development.In this paper, the integrated use of educational economics theory, using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and statistics methods and other aspects of the theory and method, taking Inner Mongolia higher vocational colleges as the angle of view, in-depth study of Inner Mongolia higher vocational education and local economy adapt to development issues. Since the new century, the higher vocational education of Inner Mongolia along with the rapid development of economy obtained the result that attract worldwide attention. See result while, we also should deal with many problems, such as the adjustment of Inner Mongolia industrial structure and the shortage of highly skilled personnel is not balanced; Inner Mongolia regional differences lead to high skill talent uneven distribution; Inner Mongolia speciality provision of higher vocational education and local economic development from Inner Mongolia; personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges and local economy development harmonious Inner Mongolia; personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges is not adapted to the development of local economy single demand. Wuhai Vocational and Technical College in the development and expansion of the same encounter some problems. Aiming at these problems, put forward corresponding measures and suggestions, in order to promote the Inner Mongolia higher vocational education and local economy to develop benign.
