Abstract


The Examination for Self-taught Students is a national examination of higher education for self-taught students, which mainly involving exams for college degrees. It is an important part of the higher education for adults as well as a practice of life education. In recent years, self-taught students receiving full-time education in colleges and universities are taking an ever higher ratio among the self-taught students. The Outline of the National Mid-term and Long-term Plan for Education Reform and Development stated that it will take "to nurture humanity" as its fundamental principle. As important participants of the examination for self-taught students, the development of self-taught students receiving full-time education in colleges and universities plays an important supporting role to the development of the examination for self-taught students, which is an innovative education and examination system.Compared to ordinary university students, full-time from examinee float in the sky of youth with in goods, has a similar ideal and pursuit, at the same time, their performance on business and the characteristics of the opposite sex and learn psychological characteristics are differente. According to the literature research and questionnaire survey, it is known that their interest in learning is generally low, attitude and learning motivation level and psychological health are not optimistic. In order to arouse and maintain the level of learning motivation of full-time from examinee, effectively improve their learning attitude and guide them form the concept of lifelong learning and attitude, required to learn from learning motivation of examinee full-time, grasp the influence factors, according to the characteristics of their learning motivation, put forward specific education countermeasure and the suggestion.This investigation in zhejiang normal university from examinee full-time as an example, through the learning motivation questionnaire survey and individual interview form, to understand and grasp the ordinary university full-time from examinee learning motivation and the overall level of motivation factors, the summary and analysis of the learning motivation the influence of society, school, family and individual factors and the mechanism of action of these factors, inductive refining the ordinary university full-time from examinee the characteristics of the learning motivation, and puts forward to inspire and maintain the ordinary university full-time from examinee learning motivation Suggestions.This research is divided into five parts:The first part, mainly expounds and subject research relative concepts, the theoretical basis of analysis and research;The second part, according to the full-time of zhejiang normal university from examinee learning motivation questionnaire survey data and interviews, the record of the individual and full-time from examinee family school effect factors of the basic situation, learning motivation factors present situation and explanation;The third part, through different demography variable, for example, professional, gender, school and family environment from examinee full-time study motivation level of comparison and analysis, based on the existing research, determine and verification influence the ordinary university full-time from examinee learning motivation of individual and outside environment factor;The fourth part, according to the results and statistical data analysis of influence factors, the summary refining the ordinary university full-time from examinee the characteristics of the learning motivation;The fifth part, in view of the ordinary university full-time from examinee learning motivation and the characteristics of the internal and external factors, and puts forward the effectiveness of the learning motivation to arouse their Suggestions.
