Abstract


Administrative ruling system as a diversified dispute settlement system a market economy to meet the needs of the people interests relief efficiency , can also greatly ease the people's courts by the case pressure . However , for administrative adjudication system in China has not yet developed a unified , clear legal provisions , the lack of effective legal regulation , blurring the lines between the administrative adjudication of civil jurisdiction , law experts in the field of administrative adjudication system is much lower than other administrative activities , resulting in administrative ruling system in many respects , has seriously hampered actively play its role . Therefore, how to improve the administrative adjudication system has become an important topic of China's socialist legal construction . In this paper, the definition of the concept of administrative adjudication begins with the nature of administrative decisions , classification, principles were discussed and Definition administrative ruling system , as well as foreign system of try our administrative ruling system put forward some suggestions for improvement , and hope that the administrative ruling role of the system can be fully play .
