Abstract


With the further reform and opening and the readjustment of industrial structure, enterprise employee form unfolds more complicated, plus the diversified situation right-maintaining awareness, the interests of both sides of Labour and appeal appeared increasingly serious opposition trend, gradually entered the labor dispute cases in frequency. However, in the current labor dispute and arbitration system in China is so overlaborated that few workers can take advantage of it. In the other hand, the trade unions were unable to play its role. This article through to analysis the original Shanghai pudong new area trade unions, pointed out several disadvantages of the current system, and propose several practical ways to strengthen the fuction of the trade uions.
