Abstract


Constitutional ideology' dissertation">Constitutional ideology is the limit on the nature of state power to protect the rights of the people for the purpose,in order to achieve the ultimate freedom-oriented citizens,throughout the modern democratic state the highest rational understanding of social life.constitutional ideology throughout the entire constitution from constitutionalism to the constitutional process of the line of constitutional government is extremely important and far-reaching.Generally believed that the most important modern constitutional ideology the idea contains the power constraints,the idea ofhuman rights,rule of law ideology.This article discusses the three parts to the history of New China,the development of constitutional ideology.The first part is an ideological and theoretical analysis of constitutional government.The history of ideas sort out the constitutional process,summarize the concept and content of constitutional ideology,and analyzes the relationship between constitutionalism and constitutional ideology,comprehensive and systematic understanding of constitutional ideology.The second part of six decades of New China in Constitutional History in the study of constitutional ideology on the basis of the content and impact analysis,to fully tap the back of each period in the implementation of the idea ofconstitutional source of the law to find its existence onconstitutional objective grasp of the history of thought,and with reference to its social practice and other factors,to clarify the history of New China,the context of constitutional ideology.Also,by comparing the characteristics of different periods of constitutional ideology and its impact on society,analyze the theoretical basis of different ideas.The third part is the theoretical analysis and historical research,the thought of our constitutional development process to make a reasonable conclusion,and the future development of the socialist constitutional ideology better prospects.This study is to combine the various stages of development of constitutional ideology,political,economic,and cultural factors,different stages of the new China for analysis and comparison of constitutional ideology,seek to promote and suppress its progressive causes.Proved the inherent nature of the development of constitutional ideology,and the progressive trend of the future constitutional ideology reasonable idea.
