Abstract


Legal Idea of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the reform and opening up , the Chinese Communists to the basic principles of the legal theory of Marxism with the concrete practice of the rule of law in China combine and enrich and develop Marxist legal theory in practice, the product of Marxist legal theory of important results , it is enriched and developed the Marxist legal theory constitutes the theoretical foundation of the socialist rule of law practice . This paper describes the ideology of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the rule of law , the ideology of the rule of law in the Thought of \Deng Xiaoping Thought of democracy and the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics , the rule of law thought the beginning laid the theoretical basis of the formation of the ideas of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics , Jiang Zemin, the inheritance and development of Deng Xiaoping's Thought of democracy and the legal system and the rule of law statecraft , is a milestone in China 's rule of law on the road since the beginning of the new century , the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary from the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics global view, conscientiously sum up experiences and learn from the achievements of the human Civilization of China 's socialist legal construction based on the guidance of the scientific development concept , put forward a series of legal thought .
