Abstract


As with the quick development of the economy of China and the population enjoy a reasonable standard of living today, together withthe glamour of Recreational Snow Sports. Mass skiing—a sport that unexpected by the people inside and outside the industry, was arosed extraordinarily rapid grow at mainland China in recently years. Stage characteristic of mass skiing in china has it’sown inevisbility,different related industries will grow during different stages, skiing field is one of them.Heilingjiang province is located in the northern of China, with vast snow resources. Winter sports recreation and leisure activities such as skiing and skiing tourist industry promoting the ski industrydevelopment and construction., laid the groundwork for the future burgeon of Heilongjiang province’s snowpack, and the research of how tomanage the snowpack have time significance at the same time. For different stages have different characteristics, how to face and resolvethose problems then promote the development of Heilongjiang snowfields are the most important task.The results indicate that:1. the sizes of the most Heilongjiangskiing fields are in medium low level, the match facilities, and the gradesof cableways, as well as the quantity and quality of ski tools anddevelopment scale are in low level.2. The problem of Heilongjiangprovince’s skiing fields are includes: the way of income is single, poormanagement system, low service quality, seasonal obvious, managementforms is scarcity. Most of skiing fields have scattered and instabilityinternal controls, the means of propaganda are singlet and far enough.The product is homogeneous increasingly day by day.3. Heilongjiangenjoying advantage in geographical, scale, brands, passenger source etc. nevertheless, it has to accept the realities in inferiority of itsgeographical location, serious lake of skiing talents, and the chaoticcompetition of skiing fields. Despite Heilongjiang has the opportunityof holding major domestic competitions and comprehensive skills andpeople’s living standards heighten recently. However, the poor publicity,the increasing quantity of skiing fields, and the serious rivalries withinthe industry are the weakness of Heilongjiang’s winter sports.4. A partof skiing fields chooses traditional business models, the other part arehybridbusinessmodels.
