Abstract


The peasant masses is an important foundation of our party , but also important to rely on the strength of the leadership of the party , the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics . Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the ideological and political work in rural areas . The ideological and political work in rural areas in China 's revolution, construction and reform in various historical periods have played an important role in our party's fine tradition and political advantage , is a successful experience for the Party led the people to victory . How the ideological and political work and the building of a new socialist countryside organic combination , give full play the main role of the hundreds of millions of farmers in building new countryside , has a very important significance in promoting agricultural development , maintaining stability in rural areas , increase farmers' income , and will profoundly affect the future and building a moderately prosperous society in the goals of the new socialist countryside construction .
