The CPC’s Fourth Plenary Session of The Sixteenth Central Committee stressed on the strategic design of constructing socialist harmonious society, while pointing out fairness and justice is the characteristic of socialist harmonious society. Fairness and justice as one of the value objective and behavior criterion people pursue, is the top value appeal of socialist society, and plays an important role in the coordination and maintenance of society. Therefore, under the circumstance of many injustice phenomena in our society, especially the widening gap between rich and poor, in order to achieve an orderly, harmonious and accompanying, as well as coordinatedly developing society, it is necessary to take the premise of justice, harmonize all sectors of the community interests, so that the value distribution and social resources are inclined to the inferior group’s largest interests, to ensure their justice income, maintain and improve their basic living conditions, for the social harmony. That means we must explore the path to achieve social justice in economic, political, cultural and social fields.Based on the statement about justice of many thinkers on history, this paper introduces the formation of Marx’s concept of justice, and then further statement on development and basic content of Marx’s concept of justice continued. Through the criticism of injustice phenomena in capitalist society, and the supposition on the social distribution mode and future social regime, the paper reveals the uniqueness of Marx’s concept of justice that is different from the past, and the irreplaceable historical status, which is of guiding significance to construct a harmonious socialist society.
