Abstract


Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational and leadership system , but it is also a scientific and rational decision-making principles . In the Chinese revolution and construction process, represented by Mao Zedong 's Chinese Communist leaders , the success of the Marxist principle of democratic centralism , the use of party building in my practice, forming a rich core of democratic centralism Zedong Thought ; and implement the revolutionary regime and the country's political system of the building, forming a unique decision theory .
