Abstract


With the wide spread of the internet, the number of netizens has increased geometrically. In the network society, everyone can create, use and share information acquisition, and everyone speak freely and the right of free speech, it makes people’s democratic idea unprecedented release. Democracy is meant to people can widely participate in public affairs and efficiently express their opinions, the principle of democracy is that people are able to participate in the interest of the public affairs, make no decisions and discuss the interests of people to contribute its related wit and insight. However in the network anonymity, parallelizable inherent characteristics and related such policies and regulations, and lack of comprehensive network under the action of democracy from democracy, easy to an extreme, and network expedites the majority tyranny. Majority tyranny refers to network users on the network majority democracy under the banner of the Internet, involving a few issues of opinion, to form a virtual community under the name of justice, and form a network media pressure minority rights infringement behavior of users. It is a serious violation of the basic rights of minority netizens, distorted netizens, and political psychology easily lead to anarchism. Therefore, the solution of this problem concerns not only the sound development of cyber democracy but also the stability of the society. Majority tyranny involves network moral, humanity and system, society and culture, which we all aspects of the government not only to strengthen legislation and enforcement of network, the network culture, the construction of health and technically give effective regulation.On the basis of previous related studies, this thesis, in terms of political science, makes an attempt to make fundamental analyses of the basic notion、severe hazards and its causes, and further puts forward the guidelines and specific measures to solve the issue.
