Abstract


Ideological construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics related to success or failure of socialist cause. If we do well in the ideological work, China’s socialist cause will go ahead. If we do badly in the ideological work, China’s socialist cause also will appear problem. In the period of time after the founding of our country, since we do not correctly understand the ideology, China’s socialist cause suffered a serious setback. In recent years, due to the influence of international and domestic factors, appear "ideology final conclusion" and "desalt ideology" train of thought in international and domestic respectively. These two kinds of thought seriously affected our country socialist ideology construction. This kind of situation demands that we must have a correct understanding of ideology.Marx and Engels founded the scientific theory of ideology. Through to studying their ideology theory, we can correctly understand their ideological theory and able to guide our socialist construction better.Marx and Engels’s theory of ideology is the organic unity. Basing on the ideology of Marx and Engels in the theory as a unified whole, we systematically studied ideology theory of Marx and Engels. We reveal the development phase of Marx and Engels’s ideological theory. Reveals that Marx and Engels have made profound and comprehensive analysis of the ideological theory, Namely the meaning of ideology:as false concepts ideology, the ideology that representing the interests of the ruling class and as a concept of superstructure ideology; Ideological characteristics:class character, falsity and relative independence; Ideological function and role:the spirit weapons of ruling class and the important carrier of human culture development; Reveals the formation, development and destruction causes of the ideology; Called on guidance workers’ movement with proletarian ideology theoretical. In addition, we must also grasp at theory of ideology of Marx and Engels’ integrally, correctly understanding there are profound critical, resolute revolutionary and distinctive class-consciousness characteristics in Marx and Engels’ ideology theory.
