Abstract


In the 21st century, with the globalization trend and the deepening of economic integration of countries in the world paying attention to development of relations between regional countries, the European Union and the successful establishment of the North American Free Trade Area countries in the world provides an example of regional cooperation.The concept of regional cooperation in East Asia have long been proposed, but because of the special complex in East Asia geographical, historical reasons, the process of regional cooperation has been very slow. 1997 Asian financial crisis East Asian nations sounded the alarm for regional cooperation in the crisis, East Asian economies was almost close to the devastating blow to countries began to consider giving up the differences and strengthen cooperation to address the impact of the crisis and to prevent the recurrence of similar crises possible. Therefore, it is in this special historical conditions, the East Asian countries to accelerate the pace of regional cooperation.Japan is the core countries of East Asia, regional cooperation in East Asia holds an important position in Japan on the level of awareness of the need for East Asia cooperation, directly determines the speed of East Asian cooperation process. The two major factors in the international and domestic role, Japan has had to adjust its foreign policy cooperation in the region showed a more positive trend. War of aggression launched by Japan was the country, has been the focus of its foreign policy in Europe and America, particularly in the United States followed the lead, and East Asia cooperation on many issues there is discordant tone. This article from the booming global trend of regional cooperation, analyzing the Japanese East Asia regional cooperation policy change, highlighting the concept of an East Asian Community proposed by Japan in the post, subject to their own country, the United States and China, under the influence of three aspects, the future regional cooperation in East Asia to Japan locate the problem.
