Abstract


Sports teaching basic starting point is to promote students’ overall, sustainable and harmonious development. In limited teaching time let each student to obtain the full development, this is involved teaching effectiveness. To improve the teaching effectiveness should be each in teaching frontline teachers unremitting pursuit of the goal. With the deepening of the reform of the course, teachers have advance by new curriculum concept learning into teaching practice level of exploration, new course brings us a new teaching idea, how to make the new teaching idea effective introductory teaching practice, is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper includes the following content:one is to clarify the author expatiates the theoretical basis, thereby explain in the present curriculum reform background, effective sports teaching research necessity, And effective teaching in sports and other subjects research status is briefly introduced, two it is to effective teaching theory research:effective teaching concept definition, effective teaching effect significance and value, three it is usually based on the author’s teaching activities to sports teaching design of teaching aim, teaching method, learning method research to expounding the following ideas; 1. Teachers in teaching material, the students in accordance with cognitive level etc premise condition, how in the sports teaching the effective permeability object, promoting the development of students,2. Teachers in physical education teaching how according to different teaching content, using effective teaching methods to improve teaching efficiency and improve students’ ability,3. Teachers in the classroom instruction how according to different learning contents, let the students to adopt different learning methods to realize effective teaching; the P.E.4. Teachers in physical education, how to correctly grasp own role, realize the teachers and students to interact, interactions between, create a harmonious classroom environment, realize effective teaching, The fourth is in effective teaching theory, on physical education teaching reflection, Five is to explain the author sports teaching design case design train of thought, Six is to practice the effective sports teaching put forward tactics.This study intends to refer to experts and teachers, once again became the teachers on this problem for a thorough research and constantly promote our country sports education to mature
