Abstract


In the process of urbanization, the role and contribution of floating population manifests its influences in many aspects of the urban development. Meanwhile, the problems of the floating population also become more obvious. As a representative of the floating population in new period of Cenozoi, new generation female workers face the difficulties of social inclusion which needs extensive concern and attention from the whole society.In this article, it puts forward a theoretical assumption about the difficulties of new generation female social inclusion based on the foundation of document study, speculative knowledge, survey and interview and etc. It constructs the subjective and objective index system to illustrate the hypothesis, then summaries the conclusion after some researches, which confirmed the theoretical assumptions of the content in a better way.It analyses the reasons of the social inclusions difficulties of the new generation female migrant workers, which contends the weakening functions of the ideological and political education, the "dual" social structural block, the obstacles of reality system, the qualities lacking of female migrant workers, the differences of urban and rural cultural and so forth.It gives some countermeasures to make the new generation female to realize the social inclusion based on the difficulties of social integration. The countermeasures contain the strengthened ideological and political education, improved quality of new generation female migrant workers and highlighted the government’s macroeconomic drivers, established social support system and so on.
