Abstract


Military Creativity is the core element of the military personnel ability structure, and an important topic of the study of military personnel in military academies. Military Creativity development is the key area in cultivating modern military personnel. National Defense Education in colleges is an inclusive and open system, in which the military creative development education is not only feasible but also can produce a positive significance on training high-quality national defense reserve force.On the foundation of basic concepts of national defense education and creative education, the thesis defined such basic concepts as military creativity and military creative development, and pointed out the view of enhancing military creative development in the national defense education. Furthermore, it established a strategy system of military creative development education whose contents are setting and consolidating the basis.Developing military creativity of national defense in colleges means the development of educational philosophy and practice under the guidance of defense educational objectives with the basic contents, which are the propagation of military innovation knowledge, the inspiration of military innovation awareness and the cultivation of military innovation skills.The value identity is the basis of military creativity development education in the national defense education. Developing the military creativity development is beneficial to the expansion of the national defense education contents as well as the growth of innovative national defense personnel.Content optimization is the root. With the goal-orientation of national defense education in colleges and universities, military creativity development education focuses on passing the military knowledge, training military creativity and cultivating the quality of military creativity as well as the combination of military scientific education and military humanistic education.Case teaching is the "bridge". With the lively teaching method of case-study, we can improve students’ interest in military creativity development education, and enhance their perceptual understanding of the value of military creativity and theory and methods of military creativity development.Issues-exploration is a feasible way. By establishing military issues and organizing students to explore issues, it can stimulate students to ponder military issues creatively, and make military creativity development education theory be associated with practice, thus resulting in achieving goals. It is one of the determinants in evaluating whether military creativity development education achieves the expected objectives.
