Abstract


Since the late 20th century , along with the development of knowledge economy , knowledge economy -related research in the field has become a focus of attention of all walks of life . Knowledge management knowledge sharing as the most important and most difficult one has become a high-profile key topic , the research in the ascendant. College is a national innovation system is an important component of national research personnel training and reserve base . University research team is the most basic university research system, the organization, the innovation system in the entire country has a very critical role. In this paper reviews the theoretical knowledge sharing at home and abroad about the research background, research perspective , based on the first departure from historical documents , select the general theory of knowledge sharing perspective , that is the meaning of knowledge and characteristics , classification , knowledge sharing and knowledge models shared power and other aspects , the general theory of knowledge sharing , and then combined with the specific characteristics of university research team analyzed the knowledge- sharing process of the various factors affecting its level ; proposed university research evaluation team knowledge sharing mechanism model ; drawing on previous studies, more mature questionnaire on the basis of their own design and implementation of the questionnaire survey visits work . The questionnaire data were collected, check the data reliability and validity, and then use the data for model building and verification. In the conclusion of the questionnaire unscientific factors were analyzed , a clear model construction and fitting of its implications for future research and subsequent persons to provide reference ; using AMOS software built models were tested and corrected , the conclusion that for the university research team evaluate the level of knowledge sharing model , combined with the theory and practice of historical research and interviewed for the survey object's actual analytical model to rectify the situation , at the same time to play against the adverse effects of model building the actual situation the analysis, based on a quantitative model to make more scientific and theoretical research rigor ; using analytic hierarchy process , combined with case empirical analysis of the inadequacies of the previous model has been bridged , and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions provided prove ; Finally, the relevant literature materials research to propose specific countermeasures and suggestions .
