Abstract


Currently, the establishment of China's curriculum reform in full swing, three course management system, and given the state, the local school curriculum permission. This situation calls for new curriculum leadership to replace the traditional course management, and also caused the school to change the previous a passive executive role in curriculum development, main course rights situation. Schools as the most basic level courses leading institutions and curriculum implementation of the most intimate relationship \Therefore, the success of the curriculum reform or not, directly depends on a comprehensive understanding of the war on the frontier \This war is the in courses leading specialized research process plays an important role in the school, including principals, other school leaders and teachers all faculty. As the principal of the school the most direct managers have the resources and authority, as the roles and tasks of leading the development of the school curriculum. The curriculum leadership principals terms is a new issue, but also a great challenge. How to improve the curriculum leadership of principals to become important problems to be solved in educational theory and practice. The good news is that, similar to the the M secondary school principals have been moving forward in the direction of curriculum leadership, little pace but continued to explore. I believe that the continuous efforts of brave explorers, constantly thinking and confirmation of peer scholars, junior high school curriculum leadership specialization will continue to be strengthened, the final maturity. This article is divided into the following parts: the first part, the issues raised. Overview of the significance of this topic, the research, the study of ideas, methods and core concept is defined.
