Abstract


Now Video conference system，an application of multimedia communication，appliesnetworking technology and multimedia codec to realize a virtual conference.Through videoconference system，people who are not in the same place can communicate freely andeffectively with each other. The actual situation of the unit, the video conferencing systembuilding needs analysis, combined with the market of high-end video conferencing productsand platforms, and further research on the underlying network structure, complete networkvideo conferencing system design and implementation.First described the purpose and background of the video conference system, brieflyintroduced the development and application of video conferencing, and onlinevideoconferencing standard H.320and H.323series of standards and network videocompression standards were compared. In order to achieve the effect of videocommunications, combined with the characteristics of the Group, and video conferencingsystem hardware and software components, design and development,using Java Swing to design the Web interface of the video conferencing system, tomake the interface more attractive and reasonable, while the entire system modulein-depthanalysis, and proposed security management solutions that enable the safe operation of thesystem and achieve the desired results.Functional comparison test of video conferencing systems, the functionality andperformance of the test results showed, meet the requirements. Development of the finishedsystem main, the system to expand the program design, and the full text of a summary of theprospect for future research work.
