Abstract

Biological experimental teaching is an important part of the teaching of high school biology, is a useful part of cultivating students' scientific literacy, Senior Middle School put forth a series of recommendations to strengthen and improve the teaching of biological experiments. Guangdong Province since the fall of 2004 to implement the new curriculum, it has been seven years. Well, Guangdong Province in the status quo of the biological experiment teaching? Experimental teaching is implemented in accordance with the new curriculum requirements? Encountered problems in the implementation process? School biology experiment teaching of different types of hardware, software or without significant difference? Do this biological experiment teaching of this thesis to self Guangdong Province Survey questionnaire as a research tool, combined with interviews and quizzes lectures, the understanding of the experimental teaching laboratory infrastructure, equipped laboratory assistant, biology teacher, biology teacher The experiment teaching behavior, the school on the importance of experimental teaching five biological experiment teaching situation in Guangdong Province, 91 schools in 22 districts to investigate and study the comparative analysis of provinces and cities, belonged to the demonstration of high school and city, rural high school biological experiment teaching situation. The results show that the biological education in Guangdong Province is rapidly steadily forward, experimental teaching level experimental teaching conditions, teaching staff have greater improvement. The experimental biology teacher teaching literacy has greatly improved, the correct understanding of the experimental teaching philosophy, evaluation methods and evaluation criteria are gradually changing. The interest of the students in the experimental teaching to improve experimental capacity strengthening. But also found some problems: (1) significant differences between experimental teaching conditions between the schools; lack of funds (2) Laboratory widespread; (3) laboratory assistant professional structure is irrational; (4) of the teachers on the new courses Reform experimental teaching lack of knowledge and not suited; (5) experimental biology teacher teaching behavior is not standardized: not enough attention before and after the experiment; inaccurate own role in the course of the experiment, did not give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of the students; lack Reflection on teaching awareness of professional responsibility; (6) Some schools pay little attention to the new curriculum biological experimental teaching: experimental unreasonable hours arrangements; students experiment opened lower rate; less tissue teachers the opportunity to participate in the experimental training. In response to these problems, the paper makes the following recommendations: First, the biology teachers to update their concepts, to change its role; carry forward the love and dedication; ordinary rural school teachers to be crude, according to local conditions to carry out experimental teaching to improve the experiment out rate. Secondly, schools at all levels leading scientific and reasonable arrangement experimental class; open laboratory management mode; the experimental teaching practice; importance to and strengthen the cultivation of young biology teacher. Finally, relevant education departments to improve the understanding of the function of the experimental teaching, the emphasis on experimental teaching; increase the financial input of ordinary rural school laboratory, to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas; increased training efforts to improve the resilience of the teachers; adjust the structure of professional laboratory assistant , strengthen the building. In this thesis, a more comprehensive grasp of high school biology experiment teaching status quo since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in Guangdong Province, analyze problems, identify the gap with the new curriculum, targeted recommendations, in order to arouse more education experts, education workers and first-line biology teachers on the importance of experimental teaching, promoting the reform of the teaching of biological experiments in Guangdong Province, to better adapt to the requirements of the new era, and also provide some reference to the other provinces of the new biological curriculum.
