Abstract


The new curriculum established knowledge and skills, processes and methods, emotional attitude and values ??trinity of teaching, classroom management, but also held the vision of development, classroom management should be emphasized that the regulation and control changes to guide and inspire, to promote the overall development of students. Needless to say, whether it is in education research or in teaching practice, the study of the behavior of teachers in classroom management is not enough, the widespread impact the effectiveness of teaching and student development classroom management problems in the classroom teaching. In view of the above consideration, the paper is based on the teacher classroom management behavior at home and abroad have studied on the basis of primary school teachers identified as the object of study, trying to reveal teachers in classroom management through research and analysis on the behavior of primary school teachers in classroom management, many problems, and then analyze the causes based on the recommendations to optimize the behavior of primary school teachers in classroom management strategies. The wording following ideas: Chapter 1: Introduction. Introduced new requirements for of classroom management study of the status quo and the new curriculum for teachers in classroom management, on this basis to explain the purpose and significance of the research as well as research ideas and methods. Chapter II: theory on the behavior of teachers in classroom management. First, try to refresh the classroom and the connotation of management on the basis of the connotations of classroom management and classroom management behavior interpretation. Secondly, we explore the theoretical foundation of the teachers in classroom management behavior, to lay a substantial theoretical basis for Reflection and Construction of teacher classroom management behavior. Chapter 3: investigation and analysis of the status of primary school teachers in classroom management behavior. Discovered through research, the current primary school teachers in classroom management behavior generally presented inconsistencies with the management philosophy; maintain the good behavior of the students, the performance of the tendency for the control, do not pay attention to the incentive for good student behavior; fair to teachers in the self-management awareness is not enough; lack of scientific management student problem behavior; regulation is not enough emphasis on the environmental management of the physical environment of the classroom, while the lack of emotional expression of students; reflection, weak awareness of consciously reflect on classroom management behavior.
