Abstract


With the development and evolution of the world economy, business is becomingmore competitive, intelligence and information as a competition strategic resource hasoccupied a dominant position in the market competition. The rapid increase in thedevelopment of Internet technology, has also led to the transformation of the enterpriseinformation. As the main content of the enterprise information, enterprise competitiveintelligence system is promoted with the development of information and networktechnology. In the Internet era, for enterprise Competitive Intelligence System, how toefficiently, precisely and intelligently collect, process and render intelligence has animportant significance for enterprise to survive in the new market environment.In this paper, on the basis of in-depth analysis on the bank intelligence andenterprise competitive intelligence collection system, we developed banks competitiveintelligence collection system based on internet technology, which can gatherinformation on the network.The difficulty of designing an automated intelligencegathering system is how to judge that the information obtained is whether or not usefulto the bank, is whether or not worth collecting,that is to say, we have to calculate topicsimilarity of the information.this paper examined and in-depth study a large amountabout this, and put forward my own solutions.(1)Detect the main content block of the web page is a prerequisite of calculatingtopic similarity degree. This paper analysis and summary most of the existing research,promote a new theme-related degree calculation method to improve the classificationprecision and recall rate.(2)In the calculation of the theme-related degree, we propose a theme-relateddegree computational model based on dynamic matching. Comparing with thecalculation model applied, the proposed model can achieve high accuracy under thepremise of maintaining high processing speed. the main content block recognitiontheory and topics related calculation method have been verified by experiments, theresults show that these two methods are better than the existing theories and methods.(3)Finally, this paper proposes the overall design of the structures and processes of an enterprise competitive intelligence system, and completed the development ofInternet-based bank competitive intelligence collection system.
