Abstract


Hospital information management system make the hospital go from tradition tomodern, from artificial necessary operational basis for information-based conditions,and traditional hospital management has been unable to adapt to the rapid developmentof the medical industry. Hospital information management system is the core part of thehospital information to make good use of the system, can significantly improveefficiency, reduce labor costs and improve hospital service satisfaction. The system isdivided into four parts: the admission fee at the inpatient ward, the center of theinpatient department of pharmacy, medicine and libraries, the first three parts directlyrelated to the inpatient department, and so do the focus of analysis.The main subject of discourse hospital information management system buildprocess. The system is divided into four sub-systems, covering the patient from the thehospitalization procedure to discharge formalities related to all aspects of the basicincluded in the information management system to improve the efficiency and quality ofservice.The thesis contains the following:1, on the background of the development of modern hospital information system,the meaning and history of the development of domestic and foreign made a briefintroduction, the future development were discussed.This thesis studied the development and design of hospital informationmanagement system, analysis of a variety of architectural patterns and developmenttools, and eventually decided to use a client/server (C/S) mode, using the Windowsplatform, combined with the Delphi development tools and SQL Server databaseplatforms and technologies such as hospital information management systemdevelopment and design, a detailed description and demonstration.3In this thesis, the status of the hospital were analyzed and inpatient managementinformation system needs a detailed analysis to determine the system’s four majorsubsystems and made detailed functional requirements and performance requirementsfor each subsystem. 4, the basis of needs analysis, system overall design, determine the ultimate goal ofthe system and detailed function module is divided for each subsystem, the detailedanalysis and design, database design.5, this thesis describes the functions and code of hospital management systemfocused on three inpatient department is directly related to the patient subsystems (theadmission fee at the hospital ward, hospitalization Center pharmacy) carried out adetailed functional analysis and code.By the information management system, hospitals can greatly simplifyhospitalization business processes, reduce manual input, improve the efficiency andquality of service of the staff, either to improve the economic efficiency of the hospital,they can improve service to produce good social effects.
