Financial archives management brings great amount of work. Important as it is, it supports finance management in an all-round way, yet it’s easily neglected.The author of this dissertation uses visual studio.NET software develops a financial archives management system that allows quick access and provides management service for both electronic and paper accounting archives with the support of SQL Server database, to better finance management and security.In the first part, this dissertation gives research background of information system for financial archives management, introduces problems that to be solved, discusses the significance and importance of the research, and explains relevant developing method, technologies, adopted softwares and modes, and required environment of the system. Also this dissertation gives designing purpose of the system and analyses its detailed requirement, including business demand, function demand, data demand, and non-functional requirement. Business process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and IPO diagrams are presented with descriptions in data dictionary described. Overall and module designs are conducted, and H diagram is given with function modules such as system management, physical management and Electronic archives management. Respective system function structure diagrams and IPO diagrams are also presented to help fully explain designed contents, and thorough design of database is done with E-R diagrams and database table structure.In its part, this dissertation makes conclusion of the research, explains the author’s job, points out the inadequate of itself, and analyses future expectations.
