Abstract


The pressure of modern man must face a problem , satisfaction has become the the workplace often talk about a topic . Preschool teacher job stress and job satisfaction is more aroused great concern of researchers has gradually become an important research topic . The purpose of this study is to find out the status of the G District , Nanjing , preschool teachers work pressure and job satisfaction and its influencing factors , coping strategies and effective measures to find a job stress and job satisfaction . In this study, preschool teachers working pressure questionnaire preschool teachers job satisfaction questionnaire measuring tools , take the cluster sampling method , 190 questionnaires were distributed to public kindergartens in Nanjing G 8 valid questionnaires 184 copies. SPSS 11.5 FOR WINDOWS software for statistics and analysis , and interviews with some of the teachers , come to the following conclusions : 1 . G District , Nanjing , preschool teachers working pressure is a medium to high level , does not meet the higher or high level . 2 Nanjing G preschool teachers job satisfaction to the middle level, and does not reach the level of high or very high . All levels of work pressure score in descending order : treatment and the environment , the role of the task , job duties, external expectations , personal ability , student factors , interpersonal relationships . Teachers for treatment and environmental pressure for interpersonal pressure minimum . At all levels of job satisfaction score in descending order : the work itself , the principal of management , work environment , continuing education and promotion , remuneration for their work . Teachers are most satisfied with the work itself , for the most dissatisfied with remuneration for work . Preschool teacher job stress and job satisfaction , the different variables of age, education, the nature of the kindergarten , labor , nature , income level have significant differences .
