Abstract


This study used a qualitative research study routes around the kindergarten teachers, parents and grandparents to communicate the core problem , the use of interviews of 14 teachers from the N City three districts and H, Z provinces (including two Park long ) individual interviews . By the gradual concept of native teachers speech coding , the researchers concluded the two strategies can be used to communicate with grandparents parents of preschool teachers . First, the study from the moral level of preschool teachers can use communication strategies described . This strategy is divided into two parts: in the self-regulation of their own cognitive , make altruistic behavior in action . Usually contact parents and grandparents , teachers need to uphold the principle of respect and the principle of \good young children, issued a reassuring signal grandparents parents , grandparents parents take the initiative to help resolve parenting difficulties encountered altruistic behavior , and to lay the emotional foundation for the communication between the two . To which , in the implementation of the principle of respect , except for the day-to-day warm treatment , seriously completed grandparents parents told the teachers but also actively exploring the wisdom of grandparents parents , to learn from them in order to achieve equality on the basis of mutual respect . Subsequently , teachers should understand the basis of the characteristics of grandparents parents , targeted to communicate . Study discusses from grandparents groups characteristics of the parents and grandparents of parents of individual differences in the characteristics of the two aspects of grandparents parents . Which can be further subdivided into two dimensions of the physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics ; latter can be further subdivided into two dimensions of the cultural level as well as personality traits . Actual communication according to the different characteristics of each grandparents parents teachers can vary from person to person to select the right communication strategy . Finally, research by analyzing the success stories of the communication between a principal with grandparents parents of these two strategies , a comprehensive , lively , and figurative description .
