Abstract


With the implementation of China’s college enrollment plan, students’ education continues to improve, more and more high school students have the opportunity to enter the university to receive higher education, but the college students’ employment problem has become more and more serious. In order to alleviate the employment pressure, the relevant state departments to formulate many regulations and policies, hoping to encourage college students to embark on the road of entrepreneurship, but the effect was not significant. This paper selects the university graduates of Jiangxi Nanchang as an example, through the research of local university entrepreneurial self-efficacy related information. We find there are many factors that influence students, but the maximum effect of the external environment of social, family, school and so on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, significant impact on external environment so on entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Firstly, this paper introduces the entrepreneurial self-efficacy theory, explaining the concept of entrepreneurial self-efficacy from the two aspects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy is the confidence that entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurship in this particular field of their own business success. Use of management science SWOT theory to explain entrepreneurial self-efficacy advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and from the innovation, opportunity identification, risk management and coordinate the relationship between the four dimensions to the measurement of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Secondly, this paper mainly focuses on the entrepreneur through the design of questionnaire and carries on the analysis to the questionnaires that affect college students entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the external environment of gender, family background, professional level, level of education, the national policy level of understanding, the current economic industrial structure and enterprise culture. Again, this thesis analysis of the cause and extent of influence of family background, education level, professional level, policy, industrial structure and the external environment of entrepreneurial culture of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Finally, this article from the school should increase the students’ entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship support policy system construction, improve university students’ innovative undertaking service system and to create a good entrepreneurial culture four aspects of improving our entrepreneurial self-efficacy policy recommendations.
