Abstract


Compulsory education is a statutory school-age children, the juvenile must accept education, education funding by the government is responsible for. But intensified school phenomenon highlights the problem of imbalance in the allocation of educational resources in the stage of compulsory education in China between the public schools. School choice exists in the various stages of education, from a performance point of view, on the one hand, parents expectations for their children's psychological work, on the other hand, educational resources is not fair and is also a very important reason. In essence, the policies and regulations of the government in education from the considerable role in guiding policy orientation in the field of education, with teachers, students, teaching equipment, and other educational resources as important resources, even educational resources play a decisive role. Start from the problem of school choice, select R County's two public junior high school (CG junior high and LJ junior high school) to study the comparative study and analysis of configuration gap between urban and rural areas of the educational resources of the current stage of compulsory education, recognizing R County compulsory education resource allocation problem and reason. Full two important elements: first to examine the configuration of R County's two public junior high school (CG Junior High School and LJ junior high school), school choice and educational resources. This section mainly include: two school choice situation, school buildings and other funding, teaching with the situation faculty, education and quality of the contents of the five areas. The second is the correlation analysis of the resource allocation of the actual situation and school choice. Include the following analysis: investment in education funding and faculty correlation analysis, correlation analysis of the faculty and school choice, the quality of education and school choice correlation analysis. Concluded after the investigation and analysis of the two key elements: R County emergence of school choice phenomenon is mainly due to the distribution of educational resources. Quality hardware with the relative concentration of outstanding faculty, quality students, prompting the educated showed a different heat of school choice in the case of a conditional choice of similar schools. And suggestions on this basis: The first is the changes in the allocation of resources to narrow interscholastic gap; second is to improve compulsory education in the execution of the allocation of resources, and social justice; Third unified public compulsory education schools, school conditions and standards improve compulsory education of the same quality of teaching.
