Abstract


Materials used for production of drilling company are volume, variety and high value, it makes drilling materials management is difficult, expensive, and quality tracking management is lag and blank. As communications, hardware, and other constraints, the drilling team storehouse still remains in the stage of handling to the Treasury accounting management. Single well material consumption data need to base carries on the artificial inputs, material consumption information without a fast pass, cannot be accounted for in a timely manner, not only wasted labor costs but also the cost of materials can be transferred simply from well to well, hardly control the cost of drilling, while some inconvenience to material quality tracking and address the lack of continuous information support. As communications technology development, development of a set of Changqing regional material management information system for the data base, the drilling material warehouse materials management data as the data source of the drilling supplies quality management information system is imperative.This article is to present Changqing drilling company’s materials management information system for the study of objects, studied the material management date characteristics of the drilling process in the drilling material management information system, use the drilling site materials information computerization of management thinking and object-oriented design methodology, Based on a SQL Anywhere database and link Exchange Server mobile data exchange of material management information system, to enable the drilling material management computerization. The system mainly includes the drilling operation Terminal and Changqing drilling Corp. Center Management database. The drilling team material man will handle the drilling material requirements planning, production information, equipment information, delivery acceptance, cost accounting of all business sectors, such as the accounting according to the procedures and systems for computer computerized processing, combined with more advanced3G technology and satellite communications network, the terminal operation of data transmission to the Central Administration database and integration. The system provides technical support and reliable quality assurance on the material management of the drilling team worked in oil field.
