Abstract


Compulsory education belongs to the national basic education related to improving the quality of the goals of the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education , and comprehensive well-off society . Compulsory education in favor of human nature to maximize the publicity , is a manifestation of basic human rights in education , is the inherent requirement of building a harmonious society , it is the foundation of education for sustainable development , effective measures to achieve educational equity . Compulsory Education from an ethical point of view to explore in-depth analysis of the balanced development of compulsory education study path . The paper first describes the background and significance of the research object , the status and trends of the Compulsory Education at home and abroad , and analysis of the theoretical and practical value of the research . The theoretical value including the realization of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education , and to promote social justice, and conducive to a harmonious society construction .
