With the rapid growth of embedded applications, embedded technology in traditional clothing clothing equipment control system has been gradually applied, improve the quality of clothing garments and promotional clothing design technology has played a positive role. Design and Research of the embedded control system has become one of the focus on clothing equipment industrial areas.The use of embedded technology, computer technology, combining hardware and software co-design approach, given the general embedded control system design methods and steps. On this basis, designed and implemented an embedded controller based on the the S3C2440A and Windows CE OS (Operating System) on clothing equipment.First on the Windows CE OS features and architecture, combined with the basic requirements of industrial areas of real-time. Detailed analysis of real-time, pointed out that the Windows CE OS Windows CE basic functions in the kernel. Graphics system, file system, and other functions are located outside of the kernel, in order to provide a variety of functions in the form of system services; running user state and kernel state must frequently switch, leading to the decline in the efficiency of the system defects. On this basis, improved scheduling algorithm improved interrupt mechanism two measures to improve the real-time nature of the system, and gives the test results.Second, the development of the system mirror programming update method. Windows CE traditional way mirror programming needs Jlink, DNW and many other parameters set, pointed out that the mirror programming way of such a system, not only reduces the efficiency of embedded systems development projects; technology developers higher requirements, is not conducive to the promotion of embedded technology. Research and development of this paper a SD card program Windows CE system mirroring technology, and realized S3C2440A platform. In addition, the practical application of embedded system needs with the PC information exchange and data sharing. This paper analyzes the the Socket Communications principle, combined with the LAN communication technology, data transfer method between a Windows CE and Windows cross-platform, the method in Windows CE5.0on the Windows XP platform.Third, in-depth study of the Windows CE OS-based hardware and software co-design approach. The detailed analysis of the embedded controller hardware and software implementation with UML bag opening machine control system’s overall design, and system sub-module design explained. Automatic bag opening machine man-machine interface design of industrial control applications humane, efficient, real-time characteristics.Finally, the completion of the design and write each module testing software. The test software testing of the stepper motor drive system functional modules, test results show that the basic design to meet the requirements of automatic bag opening machine controller under laboratory conditions, the system with better reliability and stability.Windows CE real-time system mirroring programming and updating technology analysis and research, the combination of hardware and software co-design with UML method, embedded control system design methods, and gives an automatic openbag machine controller design case, made some useful discussions on the development and promotion of the embedded systems.
