Abstract


In China, the university logistics management reform is a dynamic process of gradual development. Sichuan University of Arts and Science as a logistics management system has a 10-year history of the university, the old concept still exist, such as management, management structure, imbalance and other issues, teaching, research and student-teacher schools in logistics management with the contradiction between the increasingly prominent. In this paper, a lot of access to literature, national macro-control of the guidance document, local government documents, Sichuan University of Arts and Science and logistics management information reports and other internal work, combing the domestic and international logistics management system of the university experience and lessons learned during the motivation , real natural state, ought to requirements analysis and practice of domestic and foreign universities logistics management system based on the comparison, with the Sichuan Academy of Arts and the characteristics of their own development, on the basis of investigation and research to explore the Sichuan University of Arts and Science and trends in logistics management and measures to further reform of the formation of logistics management industry market economic assumptions. Sichuan University of Arts and Science focuses on the methods and logistics management reform measures.Logistics management from abroad by analyzing the status and development trend of development, the development of the domestic logistics management on the main status, combined with China’s relevant macroeconomic policy, to analyze, literature method, comparative study and survey research methods to the socialist market economic system internal management system reform and higher education colleges and universities in the context of logistics management system of status, problems and practical strategies for the study.In this paper, a comprehensive and objective analysis reflects the fact that rational principles, and made the following point: Sichuan University of Arts and Science in deepening the development of logistics management of change, the need to further deepen the understanding of changing concepts, focused, as a whole. According to the principle of the responsibility system, the macro conscientiously implement the State Council, the provincial government, the provincial Department of Education on the university reform of the logistic, and establish advanced scientific concept of development, micro-depth Sichuan University of Arts and Science and logistics entity management structure, enterprise reform, the establishment of market-based logistics management system and improve the efficiency of the logistics business orientation, motivation, control mechanism and implementation of innovative projects, to diversify the ownership of the development path, logistics and administration stripping, increased supervision, and effective use of social resources, and establish market-oriented operation mechanism for the improvement of logistics management system, Sichuan University of Arts and Science to enhance the overall efficiency of logistics management.
