Abstract


Rural education is the most important task of education. Female teachers in rural areas is the core strength of the rural basic education, basic education in China's most dynamic group of teachers, there is great potential for development, and their development will have a direct impact on our teacher professionalization process is directly related to the entire basic education in China quality. Therefore, their survival and development of the status quo will have special significance beyond the individual level of development. The major dilemma faced by female teachers in rural areas is difficult to balance work-family conflict. How rational analysis of various features in its multi-role conflict, and to take appropriate countermeasures to help rural female teachers right to face the conflict between work and life, and thus keep their own attitudes and behavior, and the final search for the sound development of the foundation. Therefore, the study of female teachers in rural areas, the use of qualitative research methods in-depth real life of female teachers in rural areas, and the through intersubjective dialogue process, description of female teachers in rural areas are the face of the original appearance of the work-family conflict, through the the main factors of the various conflicts appropriate interpretation to reveal the conflict of female teachers in rural areas, which put forward countermeasures to deal with work-family conflict. In this paper, five female teachers in rural areas, in-depth interviews, hoping thereby to vary with the same understanding of different age and seniority, different age of children, as well as different school types of female teachers in rural areas of work-family conflict. The article is divided into five parts. The first part of the formation process of the statements in this research study the origin, significance, and combing of the existing literature. The second part of the study, the choice of research methods, material collection, analysis, and written way elaborated to render the entire course of the study. The third part through the case study of a female teachers in rural areas, to show the real situation of female teachers in rural areas of work-family conflict and its feelings struggling contradictory. Key factors affecting the fourth part on the basis of the case investigation, topics resonate interview further study investigated in conjunction with the other teacher's story to explain the conflict situation of female teachers in rural areas, excavated female teachers in rural areas work-family conflict. Part V of the conflicts faced by female teachers in rural areas, targeted and effective measures to help alleviate the female teachers in rural areas work-family conflict. Finally, this study reflect future researchers make recommendations for their reference. Studies have shown that in real life, the female teachers in rural areas by traditional ideas, parenting bear housework occupied time and effort; career cycle with the intricacies of the family life cycle; factors such as the degree of family support, in varying degrees had an impact on the family life of female teachers in rural areas. Through a series exploring calmly cope with work-family conflict for female teachers in rural areas, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures: rational allocation of time to control the pace of life; changing role of cognitive improve the participation of male housework; understand and accept their own to establish reasonable expect good life planning; according to their own development goals. At the same time, the social role of education and media, propaganda of modern civilization and awareness of gender equality, to create a favorable policy environment and public opinion environment for female teachers in rural areas; school to practice the concept of people-oriented, and create a good working environment on the family female teachers in rural areas to support. The internal and external factors play a role in female teachers in rural areas, thus contributing to create a warm living, rational face the dual challenges of work and family.
