Abstract


In recent years , China-Africa educational exchange has become a hot topic . As teachers increasingly prominent role , the study on the construction of teachers in Sub-Saharan Africa has become an important topic . In sub-Saharan African Teachers in the context of what 's what ? Current situation of sub - Saharan African teachers ? Governments in the region , the African Union and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization to take what measures ? Behind these measures implied what values ??? these measures are facing in the implementation process and what kind of predicament ? efforts to solve the problems of these are in this article . In this study the use of the statistical method statistical teachers indicators in the region , in order to have an intuitive understanding ; while the use of a comparative approach , the indicators of teachers between countries in the region , as well as the region with other regions the composite indicator compared in order to identify the internal problems of the region , as well as the gap between different regions of the world . Subsequently, the use of text analysis of the text of the policies analyzed , in order to analyze the development trend of the construction of teachers in the region , as well as behind the hidden values ??, so teachers development in the region , we have a general understanding. Explore four teachers in sub-Saharan Africa , the study is divided into five chapters: introduction , including the problem of the origin , significance , research methods , concept definition and theoretical basis ; Chapter teachers in sub-Saharan Africa construction background are introduced ; Chapter II describes the status of teachers in sub-Saharan Africa ; Chapter pointed out the inadequacies of the status of teachers in sub-Saharan Africa ; Chapter details , in order to solve the difficulties faced by Governments in sub-Saharan Africa , the measures taken by the African Union and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural organization ; Chapter V of the values ??of the policies behind the analysis and the conclusion .
