Abstract


With the further deepening of the market economy, the demand for enterprise management is increasing. If the enterprises want to be an invincible position in the competition, they need to enhance their internal competitiveness. Fundamentally speaking, they should improve their personnel management. The fast spread and widely use of enterprise personnel management system promotes people’s work to develop toward the direction of unification, automation, scientific management, enhances the work efficiency and service quality and the competitiveness of enterprises.This article is about the demanding analysis and development process of personnel management system. According to the enterprise’s business model and daily operation the system achieved enterprise personnel management, recruitment management, employee training management, job evaluation, reward management, salary administration, personnel mobility and other functions. Enterprise managers can manage the employees intelligently, and it also can improve the management efficiency and accuracy of operation.According to the needs of system users, this paper describes the process of system design and implementation from the actual needs of enterprise management. We use MVC hierarchy to design functional architecture and technical architecture, and we complete the design of database tables, and analysis and model the function models. Finally this paper describes the implementation of the system function modules. In the implementation of the system, we build the new applications model of host computer mode and the client browser/web server/database server mode, and uses DAO and business agent pattern to improve the independence of data persistence layer, model layer and Web application layer making system maintenance and expansion easier. In the security terms, we use authentication and permissions to protect the network and system.The system is developed based on windows XP, using Myeclipse as development platform, and using advanced JSP technologies, Struts framework, and B/S multi-layer architecture. Developing the database we use SQLServer2005, which is easy to use with good scalability and a high degree of integration of related software.
