Along with social progress and development of education, and the many factors that affect our quality of mathematics education in information technology to become one of the most important factor affecting the. In this context, a large number of excellent math teaching software emerged, such as Maple, Mathematics, Math lab, Geometer's Sketchpad, Super Sketchpad software. Since most of these math education software users is a primary and secondary school teachers, they have limited computer knowledge, cognitive level is not high on the dynamic geometry information technology teaching difficult, do not understand the operation of Super Sketchpad other factors, have received professional training The fewer the number of teachers, of a series of educational software operating level, far less than the current teaching of information technology demands on teachers. Based on this demand, through the Moodle platform to build a network of teachers training platform for teachers training, an effective solution to this problem.
