Abstract


School safety issues more and more attention by the social role of respect for life , the needs of building a harmonious society , the nature of education regression . In recent years, frequent earthquakes , floods and other natural disasters , SARS , swine flu and other infectious diseases , the corridor stampede , fire and other campus incidents on school safety emergency management put forward new demands . At home and abroad have made ??certain achievements in research on emergency management , provides theoretical support and practical experience in emergency management for school safety . The relatively small domestic emergency management research on school safety , school safety emergency management there are still some outstanding problems , school safety measures of emergency management is also an immediate need to enrich and improve . It is based on the recognition that , school safety emergency management . This paper consists of four parts . The first part states the School Safety emergency management of content as well as the main outcomes of the research . The second part of that currently exist in the school safety emergency management . Mainly reflected in the thinking and understanding deviation , the management does not implement a lack of funds , security contingency plans and safety education issues . The third part of the actual research and education based on social emergency management , analysis of the basic principles of the school safety emergency management system and steps . The fourth part of the proposed strategy to enhance school safety emergency management , raise awareness , and science to develop plans to strengthen the construction of the \the strength of support .
