Abstract


In the rapid development of technology, the situation evolving in today’s society,finance management information system has been gradually entering people’s daily life,but due to the awareness of individual operators on the financial informationmanagement is weak, most stay in simple financial management manualrecord-keeping, so closely integrated enterprise financial management software in thisarticle actually, design a set of financial management software applicable to individualoperators.This thesis summarizes the status qua of the fiscal management of the individualoperators， the design of large-scale financial software analysis， designs a financialmanagement software for individual operators. First， according to the needs of thereality of individual operators of monetary management， a more objective discourseby individual operators chaotic financial management. For software targeted toconsider， we analyze the financial situation and need from the study of discreteoperators， combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing softwaredesign.On the division of the characteristics of the system and each module and theoverall organization. This system is generally divided into five modules，respectively， account information management， information management of incomeand expenditure， details of query management， statistical analysis， managementand system settings to the management module.Focus for the system security design， consider the use of a robust security of theVisual C#development language， greatly enhance the security of the program isrunning; adopt a more stable security of B/S-system architecture， to achieve theapplication server and database server’s completely separated， utterly isolated fromthe outside world access to the database server; secure login of the user’s securitysettings， user password encryption to ensure the safety of the user in the database;subdivided browser access to the system personnel; system monitoring， provide a powerful log function， to monitor the operation of critical information， and mayneed to generate the appropriate reports. Finally， the full text of a summary as well asthe vision for the future.
