Abstract


At present , the problems exposed in the field of labor relations in the small and medium enterprises in China is very serious , \. The big of the private economy in total , not a good solution to sustainable development issues in the future , a number of very serious problems are gradually exposed . How to guide SMEs to standardize and improve labor relations in enterprises management , build harmonious labor relations , top priority is given to the evaluation criteria of harmonious labor relations , a set of scientific accuracy, operability evaluation index system of labor relations in enterprises . Papers of Sang Dewo labor relations model as the theoretical basis , the application of a comprehensive evaluation of the scientific method , a scientific and feasible evaluation system of labor relations , and applied to the detection of the of SME labor relations in Beijing the status quo , to explore the existing focus , and made recommendations accordingly . This paper applied normative analysis and empirical analysis of the combination of research methods , establish normative analysis solutions to SME harmonious labor relations framework and standards issues . The empirical analysis through surveys and data analysis , in-depth understanding of the current situation of SMEs in labor relations in Beijing , the problems and the scientific evaluation of harmonious labor relations of SMEs and applicability to verify . Evaluation of the empirical study of SMEs in labor relations in Beijing will provide realistic data based on China 's labor legislation and policy-making , comprehensive \Application SME evaluation index system of labor relations , can design a set of labor relations issues for SMEs implementing preventive , regulation and control , early warning mechanism , to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for harmonious development of SMEs in labor relations in Beijing .
