Production a price advantage of the enterprise office system products.This paper expounds the present situation of the OA system and office technology principle. To the research of the System architecture for OA system based on workflow and the Reference model, at present on the market, compared with the mainstream three paragraphs workflow management platform products. Analyzes the most suitable for the technical architecture of the OA system.The OA system for integrated managerment information system is the important subsystem to ChinaUnicom, Is an important enterprise information system management software, can be used to complete enterprise document management and statistical management. This system is set up at open-source Spring, Hibernate, Struts and other components on the basis of the three-tier J2EE-based MVC structure, the formation of an integrated information management products gateway system architecture.In this paper combining with Business and system Requirement of OA system,this system function is divided into five main modules that include Business services, System management, System configuration, Business monitor, System maintenance. Described the overall design of the document system and detailed design proposal of each module.The paper focuse on the design of unified business platform, unified assembly platform, unified management platform in terms of database design, interface design, function realization.At present this OA System used in ChinaUnicom group headquarters,on the basis of the successful implementation of the headquarters, and on the basis of the product standardization, finalize the design, packaging,the formation of the own property right unicom of electronic government affair work system products and to the market promotion.
