Abstract


Car is the engine of the world’s manufacturing technology, and automotiveproduction is a classic combination of management and manufacturing technology.Manufacturing Information is the key to modernization and industrialization,automotive accessiries will obtain vitality and opportunity through standardizationand information in the increasingly fierce market competition. The application ofmanagement information system will also bring economic benefits and long-termdevelopment to small and medium-sized enterprises.Automotive hinge production is primary in the chain of automobilemanufacturing. Anhui Jiangnan Machinery Co.Ltd has some characteristics,such aslarge volume,multi-species patterns and product process variability. The paperanalyzes the status of the car hinge actual production planning andmanagement.Auto hinge production planning system of extensive flow is designedin combination with the Jiangnan Machinery production management features.In this paper, it will be followed by a description of Jiangnan MachineryCompany production status and a detailed presentation of information needs, aframework and model of production planning system are established by UMLmodeling tool. In the next section, after a statement of basic analysis, varioussituations involving possibility knowledge are investigated: firstly, the productionplanning system’s material code,extensive flow code and database are designed;secondly, it will provide methods of formulating and scheduling of productionplanning, the key technical problems,controling of production progress andprocessing of multi-flow, are described; finally, after all the problems are figuredout, the modules of production planning are illustrated and tested for normaloperation and meeting needs of the company in this section.The developing and designing of the production planning system is startingfrom the enterprise’s needs.because some advanced information technology toolsare insteaded of planning and managing jobs,it meets the need of productionplanning and managing job, and improves the level and competitiveness of theenterprise information.
