Abstract


The research object in the topic is the training mode of Athletic talents in Nantong City. It uses literature,the survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods. Holding to scientific principle, pragmaticality principle and dialectical dynamic comprehensive viewpoint. under the direction of Sociology theory, management theory , plaining theory, logic theory caw theory andsports science theory. Research nantong competitive sports establishing principles of cultivating talents ,statis que Some concrete measures and change, safeguard mechanism. Seek nantong competitive sport backup talent cultivation of general rule.For the innovation of the training mode of Athletic talents in level city To provide the theory basis and the basic framework.For the scientific development of athletic sports in different places to provide certain opinions.Research results show that: (1)The establishing principles of cultivating talents of competitive sports in nantong is that set the advantage principle of Nantong city , according to practical conditions and seeking truth from facts, Adhere to the principle of nantong athletic sports characteristics, talent conveying principle, To meet the social development principles.(2) Nantong adopt combination of sport and education, complete superiority of Nantong city, solve the contradiction between Culture study and sports training and have achieved remarkable benefits. (3) Optimizing the the training mode of Athletic talents by Perfecting the policy system,building the system of the training mode of Athletic talents etc. (4)Nantong improve the efficiency of sports reserve talented person cultivation by combining government and society, Strengthen leadership and cultivating process management, Strengthening laws research of Talent cultivation, using various form of Amateur training.(5)The Management guarantee of cultivation of competitive sport backup talent include that clearing management institutions and working, various management means , perfect management system.(6) Training safe guard include that samples of stuff, training, checking, etc.Nantong lacks monitoring,researcher,money and social security in the process of training.
