Abstract


Along with society’s progress， the humanity entered the information time.High-tech， take the information technology as representative had promoted the socialeconomy development rapidly and already changed our work and the life style in manyaspects.Implements the information management system in the enterprise is one ofimportant symbols of informational enterprise. The information management systemserves to the information processing system by modernized tool and the method，forexample， computer， communication network and so on. The implementation ofinformation management system can help the enterprise to realize the officeautomation，the policy-making and so on. But in the present，there have no informationmanagement system software which is suitable to factory of oil extraction in the market.This article mainly describes industrial accident management system flow design andthe system realization in the HSE. During realization of office automation， W factoryof oil extraction can raise management level and the production quality successfully byusing management system of industrial accident in HSE.In order to guarantee security， the system uses reliable networkoperating system Linux as the service platform， object-oriented MySql as thedatabase of system， and system develop project by using high efficiencylanguage PHP. At the same time， application of some advanced technical likeAjax makes the system to be more perfect.
