Abstract


Aerobics is a embodies health and beauty emerging forms of exercise, it is the most popular a kind of body building sports activities. Aerobics in promotes practitioner physical and mental health, shaping its beautiful physique, edify sentiment of beauty has its unique advantages, to enhance aerobics students’ physical quality, regulate the psychological aspects to have the good function, and in the students’ life-long physical exercise awareness and ability of sports has very good effect. Currently aerobics course in some universities in the received extensive developing, and become the college physical education important constituent. In recent years, with the general improvement in our education quality, calisthenics teaching in colleges’ development in a relatively short time, its existing theory system and practice teaching situation could meet with teaching needs, still in the stage of exploration and reform.This paper used the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this system scientifically analyzing and researching mudanjiang city ordinary calisthenics classes, through the development status of ordinary university aerobics teaching mudanjiang city, mentoring, teaching venues and facilities, students’ learning situation, the influence factors for sustainable development of teaching research data such as main conclusions are as follows:(1) calisthenics teachingMudanjiang calisthenics curriculum has elective course and elective courses, and various universities have unified teaching materials, the use of sports colleges TongBian textbooks and teachers larger proportion, school-based teacher textbook less, more using network learning teaching content. Examination content has teachers and students to customize worked in two ways, evaluation for teachers and students’ self-assessment, evaluate students proved combined.(2) calisthenics teachersMudanjiang calisthenics teachers women more, male, teach less difference is bigger proportion. 30-40 year-old between teachers proportion that teachers age tends to be more young. Junior colleges teachers bachelor degree, undergraduate colleges teachers more more, lecturer titles of graduate student teachers more. For calisthenics teaching and research have certain effect.(3) calisthenics teaching venues and facilities Mudanjiang universities are aerobics indoor classroom teaching, but cannot satisfy the needs. Supporting implementation relatively complete, explain each college more concerned. (4) students learning calisthenicsThe key factors of influencing students’ learning first teachers level, followed by the teaching content, another supporting implementation and extracurricular activities.
