Abstract


Along with the intensely competition in retail trade, the profit margin is more narrow and more sub company were opened to extend business scope of retail trade. But traditional accounting approval management can’t fulfill business requirement. It can’t adapt business rapid extension. How to help improve our business service be more efficiency and availability? How to help extend profit margin and market? It is target of our accounting approval management system.The article expounded mainly functional module of SONY CHINA accounting approval system. And it introduced the architecture of accounting approval system in detail. It includes:Firstly, it carried out the character of B/S (Browser/Server) based accounting approval system. Base on the point, it introduced feasibility from economy, technology and management as well. In the design phase, it described each functional module.Then the article realized the extendible accounting approval system. It includes application submission module, audit approval module, inquiry module, user maintenance module and reports module. And discussed marketing company in the structure of the characteristics of each module and applications systems, and build the entire financial system, it will significantly enhance SONY CHINA financial management level and enterprises competitive.
