Abstract


Different from the spontaneously established financial companies in developedcountries, the financial companies of enterprise groups in our country is the result ofeconomic and financial system reform. From the economic perspective, the appearanceof financial company is to promote the reform of economic system and providefinancial services for the policy needs; from the financial perspective, the financialcompany is an inevitable result of the development of financial market, is also aninnovation of financial institutions.With the financial market opening up gradually and competition increasing,financial companies should adjust their position, to enhance the core competitiveness ofenterprises, deepen its functions, provide high qualified and efficient financial servicesfor the enterprise, and make the enterprise in an invincible position in the fierce marketcompetition, in order to further improve the financial system, promote the combinationof production thawing, and make contribution to industrial upgrading.As the group management funds financial company, whose financial managementwill fundamentally affect the development of financial companies and even the entiregroup. Taking the B group financial company as an example, based on the financial dataof the group financial company, this article carries on a thorough analysis to thefinancial management of company funds, at the same time, making an analysis on theexisting problems and putting forward related solutions.
