Abstract


Student affairs management is an important task for university management. As the university continues to promote information technology, and built some management systems such as academic management, financial management, OA and student enrollment systems. While students affairs is in the urgent need for information management tools, but also the "lonely information island" situation of the built systems have to be broken. The system can effectively use data from other systems and provide support to others.Thinking about how to exchange data between the new students affairs management system and the existing management information systems, how to complete the new system constrution and at the same time to explore the technology to solve the remaining issues, Integrating a variety of information systems to an organic whole is the subject of the main facing challenges.Firstly, according to Ningbo Dahongying College practical work on student affairs management and the situation of information system, the system requirements is analysed. Through the ideas of enterprise service bus technology, the "isolated information island" can be broken and systems will be organically linked to each other. Then with the open source enterprise service bus framework Apache Synapse and service-oriented design mind, the student affairs management system is designed to form a loosely coupled, service-based structure. And the existing financial system, student enrollment system and OA system and the academic system service-oriented adapter interface is designed. Details of the system’s main modules, the the adapter interface components designs, and various parts of the assembly and calling convention are dissussed. Finally the enterprise service bus based student affairs management systems student solutions is given. It achieves the management systems’data and operating synergies, effectively improve the efficiency of the management of student affairs.
